This was our rest day of sorts, and we combined the four miles flat walk from Dawlish to Starcross with a train trip down to Teignmouth and back, and then the ferry to Exmouth and back for a quick lunch. A lovely day with less walking and more sightseeing.

Getting there and back
We parked in Starcross, caught the train down the scenic stretch of coast to Teignmouth (which we'd walked through in October 2023), got our SWCP passport stamped, caught the train back to Dawlish, walked to Starcross, and then took the return ferry to Exmouth and back for lunch.
