A 22 miles walk over two days, initially along the coast from West Wittering, inland around the Midmerry Nature Reserve, around Selsey Bill, back inland for a walk round Pagham Harbour, and then along the front at Bognor Regis to the finish point

How we approached this leg
We walked this leg over two days of around 11 miles each - Selsey, which is the obvious place to use as a base, is conveniently in the middle of the stretch.

The Lifeboat Inn, Selsey
We ate here on the evening of our arrival - good pub grub (sausages and mash were great!) and a few beers.

Had a drink here after dinner on Saturday. Very lively!
Pagham Beach Cafe, Pagham
Coffee stop en route on our final day of walking, and we might have had a pasty as well
